1. Division of responsibilities:
1.1. Responsibilities of the Group Administrative Office:
1.1.1 Main job responsibilities:
1.1.1.1. The Group Administrative Office is responsible for formulating the Group's administrative and logistics management system;
1.1.1.2. Organize and carry out daily administrative work such as administrative expense management, vehicle management, meeting management, office environment management, office supplies management, administrative office asset management, and business reception within the scope authorized by the chairman of the group headquarters, providing services and support for the normal operation of the group headquarters;
1.1.2. Specific job responsibilities:
1.1.2.1. Develop guiding principles and frameworks for the group's administrative system.
1.1.2.2. Develop and implement the administrative management system of the group headquarters.
1.1.2.3. Participate in the review or filing of the administrative and logistical management system of each company.
1.1.2.4. According to the annual cost budget of the group headquarters, unify the control of various administrative expenses of the group headquarters.
1.1.2.5. Responsible for formulating standards for the configuration, unified procurement, and distribution of office and office supplies for the group headquarters.
1.1.2.6. Record the list of administrative office fixed assets of each company annually.
1.1.2.7. Organize and coordinate the participation of group leaders in important meetings held by the group headquarters and various companies, and record the minutes of meetings organized by each unit.
1.1.2.8. Develop standardized formats for official documents of the group, manage official documents of the group headquarters, register and circulate external documents, handle internal document sending and receiving, urge and supervise, and archive and review.
1.1.2.9. Manage the administrative archives of the group and the archives transferred to the group archives room by each company and department, regularly inspect and guide the archive management work of each company and department.
1.1.2.10. Handle the establishment or change of a new company within the authorization of the chairman (except for financial operations authorized by the chairman).
1.1.2.11. Each company's application to purchase office vehicles must be approved by the Chairman of the Group and filed with the Group Administrative Office.
1.1.2.12. Participate in the review of office vehicle transfers between companies.
1.1.2.13. Arrange business receptions at the headquarters of the group within the scope of authorized responsibilities according to the group system (exceeding the standard reception must be approved by the chairman of the group).
1.1.2.14. Unified purchase and inventory management of gifts handled by the administrative office of the group headquarters.
1.1.2.15. Other tasks arranged by the chairman.
1.2 Responsibilities of the comprehensive office of the affiliated company:
1.2.1. Based on the principles and framework of the group's administrative management system, and in combination with the actual situation of the affiliated company, formulate and implement the company's administrative logistics management system;
1.2.2. Fully organize and carry out daily administrative and logistical work such as administrative expense management, archive management, vehicle management, conference management, business reception, office environment management, office supplies management, and administrative office asset management for the affiliated company, providing services and support for the normal operation of the affiliated company;
1.2.3. Fully manage the logistics work of the company, including cafeteria, dormitory, and other related tasks.
1.2.4. Comprehensive management of the company's archive work, timely filing of the "Archive Catalog" and electronic version archives with the Group's Human Resources and Administration Department in accordance with system requirements, and transferring archives in accordance with the system.
1.2.5. Under the leadership of the general manager of the affiliated company, comprehensively carry out administrative and logistical management of the company.
